Job Description
Ensure that all project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Responsible for Project Financial and Cost Management:
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Budget planning and cost estimating, and control to meet budget
Determine and define scope of work and deliverables and align on it.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Manage project schedule & activities ensuring schedule of all deliverables
Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors, and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
Manage project Design, BOQ, tendering, selection, contracting, and claims Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreement
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Selecting and leading project teams and contractors.
Managing strategic relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitoring project performance in terms of quality, time and budget and taking necessary actions timely.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project, needed reports for details & consultations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
15-20 years of experience (infrastructure – EPC).
Strong project management and people management skills.
Communication skills
Reporting on Time
Vision
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Time management skills.
Proven experience in project management.
Outstanding leadership skills.
